SAN ANTONIO, Texas “ May 21, 2018“ Embassy by Hilton San Antonio Landmark, today announced that Benjamin Callahan has been appointed head chef of banquets and in-house restaurant Embassy Suites by Hilton is a global brand of upscale, all-suite hotels from Hilton (NYSE: HLT).

Prior to joining Embassy Suites by Hilton San Antonio Landmark, Callahan began his career at the Hilton Palacio del Rio, where he started as a pantry cook and worked his way up to executive sous chef. Callahan is influenced by American chef Anthony Bourdain and studied the culinary arts at Culinary Institute of America.
