Hilton Palacio del Rio Appoints Daryl Montalvo as Sales Manager

Montalvo to Oversee Northeast and DC in San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO, TX.“ January 23, 2019 Hilton Palacio del Rio announced the hiring of Daryl Montalvo as a Sales Manager at Hilton Palacio del Rio, serving the 75-2,499 guestrooms peak. Montalvo, with 14 years of local hospitality sales experience will focus on building the Hilton Palacio del Rio brand and service offerings throughout the Northeast United States. Daryl will be based locally in San Antonio and will report to T.J. Pritchard, Director of Sales and Marketing for the hotel.

Montalvo started his career in hospitality working as Director of Group Sales with Hilton Hotels and most recently serving as Sales Manager at Grand Hyatt, focusing on a similar region as he will be with Hilton Palacio del Rio. "His experience in this section of the market will be of great advantage to the hotel, as San Antonio continues to be a destination of choice for many meeting planners," said Thrailkill.
